Eligibility and Enrollment:

Open to individuals aged 18 and above.

Customers may register through the POCKET website or joining via an invitation.

Required information includes legal name, valid contact information, and identification proof for verification.

Membership approval is discretionary, based on the fulfillment of set criteria by POCKET.

 

Data Privacy and Consent:

Personal data collected during registration and program operation is used for communication related to the program and its associated promotions.

Compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws is a priority.

Members are required to provide explicit consent for the usage of their data for these purposes.

 

Program Amendments:

POCKET reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program or any of its features.

Significant changes, if any, will be communicated to members well in advance.

 

Redemption of Points:

Member has to activate Pocket account by having at least one consumption at our venture before redeeming voucher.

Pocket account page has to be shown to our staff in order to use redeemed voucher.

Only ONE member can use redeemed voucher on each bill per table.

Voucher can be redeemed to use on a variety of rewards, including dining experiences and exclusive offers, except products of La Piccolo Citrino, as detailed in the program literature.

Usage of redeemed voucher is subject to availability and may be restricted on certain dates or for specific services.

 

Exclusions and Limitations:

Blackout periods for voucher usage is not available during the following periods.

*Festive Seasons:

    * Christmas period: December 20th to December 31st

    * New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day: December 31st and January 1st

*Special Days:

    * Valentine’s Day: February 14th

    * Mother’s Day

    * Father’s Day

Points cannot be earned for wine events, functions, meetings or other private events.

Other special exclusions will be clearly detailed in the program guidelines.

The loyalty program does not apply to purchases made through third-party services.

 

Special Reward Categories:

The program may periodically offer special festive rewards or category-specific rewards as detailed in promotional materials.

 

Receipt and Payment Slip Consistency:

The name printed on the relevant receipts and the corresponding electronic payment slips must match the name of the individual registered for earning the Reward Point.
