Points Accumulation System:

To earn points, members must present their digital card when settling the bill for restaurant consumption. For Li Piccolo Citrino orders, members can provide registered phone number to earn points while placing order. Points will be credited to the member’s account immediately.
Members earn points based on the grand total listed on the final receipt (including service charge) spent within the GRVMSON GROUP ventures.

Points will be earned based on the grand total listed on the final receipt (including service charge) after discount if it is applicable.

Points will be earned based on the balance of bill after voucher redemption.

The number of points earned can vary across different GRVMSON GROUP ventures.

Special promotional events may offer opportunities for additional point earnings.

Clear communication will be provided regarding eligible transactions and the criteria for earning points.

 

Point Expiry and Notification:

Accumulated points will expire 12 months after they are credited to the member's account.

Members will be proactively notified about the impending expiry of their points to maximize redemption opportunities.

 

Account Management and Point Transferability:

Points accumulated are linked to the individual member's account and cannot be transferred.

Merging or consolidation of points across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

 

Refund and Exchange 

The points earned are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points cannot be exchanged, bartered or sold for cash.

 

Program Amendments:

POCKET reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program or any of its features.

Significant changes, if any, will be communicated to members well in advance.

 

Tier System:

The program features various membership tiers, each based on the amount of spending accumulated or spending thresholds.

Each tier offers distinct benefits and privileges, which will be clearly defined within the program.

The tier of members is valid for 1 year after reaching the required spending.
